Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CHALO CHALA, we strive to provide dependable and transparent services. If you choose to cancel your cab booking, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation by Customer:
If you cancel your confirmed booking, any eligible refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after cancellation approval and the amount will be credited to your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
In certain cases (e.g., last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or violation of terms), refunds may not be applicable. Specific details will be mentioned at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by CHALO CHALA:
If we are unable to provide the cab due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, unavailability, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
